The training covers;

Health and Safety:

Basic health and safety principles are emphasized, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and emergency procedures.

Equipment

Students learn about the operation, maintenance, and safety aspects of various mining equipment, including drilling machines, loaders, haulage vehicles, and ventilation systems.

Mine Layouts and Plans:

Training includes understanding mine layouts, mine plan reading, and other aspects of mine design and development.

Mining Methods

Students are introduced to different underground mining methods, such as room and pillar, longwall, and sublevel caving, and the conditions under which they are used.
